Nestled on 6 acres of wooden grounds, we offer a gorgeous gazebo that overlooks the vineyard, an elegant tent to host your event and a tasting room you can feel like you're at home.

 

Our facility is a great way to relax and unwind,

enjoy a get together with friends and family, or get married to your best friend. 

 

We provide exceptional service from our staff as well as top quality facilities to meet your needs.

Ashley or Margie will be available to help bring your event to life and make it one you will never forget.

 

 

Venue Details:

 

TASTING ROOM RENTAL

Capacity: 50 inside, 20 outside on our deck that overlooks the picturesque grounds

$275 for 2 hours; $100 for each additional hour

$100 refundable facility deposit if any excess cleaning needed by staff or broken items  

60" round high top wooden tables and chairs included

30"x 30" square tables with padded chairs included

8' tables available per request

Minimum 12 bottles of wine to be purchased

linens, napkins are not included but available for an additional cost

18% gratuity will be added to the final bar bill

The tasting room is available for rental during business hours and Sundays upon approval.  Half down plus facility deposit required to hold the date within 14 days after receiving the contract. 

*Can be used for shower (baby, bridal) small wedding reception, or private party 

 

GAZEBO

$125 per hour

$2 per chair, $10 per table

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve

A maximum of 65 chairs for guest seating

Available during business hours and Sundays upon approval

Can be used for a small event or a wedding ceremony

 

ELEGANT TENT

At a length of 40-' x 100', it can accommodate a wide variety or events

6 Crystal Chandeliers, ceiling draped with tulle

Capacity: 200, depending on the floor plan of the event 

Starts at $200 per hour, Mondays-Thursdays

     *A $100 refundable facility deposit to cover any broken items and/or excess cleaning following the event by staff. 

       Due at time of contract.

     * A half down, non-refundable security deposit is required in order to reserve your date. Due at time of contract.

Starts at $1,950 for 4 hours, Fridays-Sundays (or holidays)

     * A $750 non-refundable down payment is available to reserve your date Fridays-Sundays.  Due at time of Rental Agreement.

     * A $250 refundable security deposit to cover any broken items and/or excess cleaning following the event by staff.

       Due at time of finalized contract.

     

*Additional Hours on top of the 4 hour rental will be $200/hour on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

* A minimum of 24 bottles of wine to be purchased

*$2 per chair, $10 per table

Linens, decoration napkins, silverware are not included by available for an additional cost

18% gratuity will be added to the final bar bill

 

Entire winery grounds are available to rent.  Pricing and details can be reviewed with Ashley or Margie in person.

 

Amenities

On-site parking up to 95 cars.  A shuttle bus is available at an additional cost.

wine glasses are complimentary during duration of event

For a wedding and big party: there will be access to grounds morning of event for the tent and/or gazebo and coordinated with Event Manager

Smaller parties inside the tasting room- 1 hour before event to set up

Designated smoking areas

Set-up assistance and general cleaning included.  Any extensive clean-up by staff will be $45 per hour and deducted by facility security deposit.

Outside bathroom amenities available at additional cost for tent rental.

A/C or Heat available in tent upon request

 

*Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are to be purchased through us only.   NO EXCEPTIONS 

*may bring own food., or have our staff prepare trays/hor d'oeuvres from our kitchen.

                 *Meat/Cheese, Crackers and Fruit - $4.00 per person.  Large tray-$250.00 (feeds up to 100 people)

                 *Other h d'oeuvres options can be discussed upon request
